Overall Pricing:  $225/ sf which includes zinc (metal) framing.

A non-refundable design fee of 20% or $250 (whichever is less) is included in the overall pricing.

Additional charges will be incurred for bevels, specialty glass, wood framing and/or intricate design.

We do not install.  Most pieces can be installed by a handyman.
